International Technology Corporation's Automatic light control system considers available sunlight and adjusts artificial lighting level accordingly can trim energy costs appreciably. Wall mounted photocell sensor measures intensity of combined sunlight and artificial light; sensor communicates information to light controller. Controller automatically lights in various parts of the room to a predetermined level. Use of light controller can reduce electrical usage by 90 percent on a given day.
